Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing them by contacting our support team at +91-XXXXXXXXXX or emailing support@ahujasweetsandbakers.com.

  • After 30 minutes or once preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy:

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are provided only in the following cases:

    • Product is damaged upon delivery.

    • Wrong item delivered.

    • Order is incomplete.

  • Claims must be made within 2 hours of delivery along with a photo/video proof.

Refund Process:
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. No cash refunds are issued for online payments.
